How To Place An Order
Our Website has two parts. Home Website. The home website is primarily for designing and purchasing custom bedding, nursery accessories, children's furniture and or any custom product. Online Store: (closed, under contruction)The online store is more for ordering our existing bedding collections /and coordinating accessories. Why two parts to the website? The home website provided me with the best solution for custom products. The Online stores provided the best solution for a fast and secure way to purchase non-custom designed products. All of our products are custom made upon ordering, but some are made with our designs and others are designed by you, the customer. With any online store the drop down menu is limited and not user friendly for custom choices.
Remember the full menu navigating buttons are available at the bottom of the Home Page, and thereafter the menu buttons are located to the right and the bottom of each page. Upon clicking on any main heading submenus will open. Click on any menu button or submenu button and you will be directed to that page. If you are in the Online Store click on home and you will be redirected to the home website.
Custom website: Upon adding an item to cart on the custom side you will be redirected to a secure PayPal shopping cart. From there you will be able to change quantity, remove an item or continue shopping. The check out is through PayPal.
Online Store: (closed)You may also visit and purchase our products from our Online store. When adding to the cart here you will be redirected to our secure merchant shopping cart. Method of payment online: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Our online store is under construction at this time and will reopen soon.
Custom Orders: Please visit our website for styles and ideas. We have provided product information and designing tips and options for each product throughout our website. When you are ready to place a custom designed order please send us an email and we will provide you with the most current price list. The bedding price list document also contains helpful information, designing tips and drawing of our products for you to print off. You can draw your modification on these items, label your drawing and make notes. Send your drawings to us by fax or email for a quote.
You may also submit any question(s) or for fabric swatches by email whistlestopbedding@yahoo.com, or by phone, toll free number 866-360-7650. You may submit these request through the Contact Us Page as well.
Purchase/Payments: Custom orders require 50% down. How? Fax, email or phone in your order. Upon receipt of your order we will provide you with a final quote. Afterwards you will have two options for paying the 50% down. 1) request an email PayPal invoice. We will prepare a PayPal invoice and it will be sent to you by email. Then you just click and pay your deposit, or 2.) call our toll free number 866-360-7650 and provide us with your credit card information. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We will need c/c number, expiration date, cvs code, and billing zip code. Phone Hours 866-360-7650 from 1100AM to 8:30PM Monday thru Friday and 11am-4pm on Saturday. Your balance and any shipping charges will be due prior to the order being shipped.
Layaway: Any order maybe placed in layaway, but this will require placing your order by phone, email or fax. The deposit is 25%. click here for more info
Shipping information: Delivery is 4-6 weeks for custom bedding, and 4-8 weeks for custom furniture. We ship FedEx home delivery. FedEx home delivery schedule is Tuesday thru Saturday.

Fabric Swatches: Allow 5 to 7 business days for mailing of swatches.

We ship to any state within the United States by FedEx.
*shipping baby bedding and our 3 piece custom bedding twin/queen averages $22 to $30. additional accessories may change the weight/or box size which may increase the cost of shipping.
For our shipping cost on furniture and accessories please provide your zip code and item to be purchased for a courtesy rate quote.
We will also ship outside of the United States whereever there is a FedEx provider.
